Maximum occupants: 6 (can accommodate up to 4 adults)
Minimum age of main guest: 21 years old

Hygiene and disinfection measures
• No personal contact upon arrival and departure.
• Rental cleaned with disinfectant
• All bedding and towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60 ºC.
• Frequently touched surfaces are disinfected (such as counters, light switches, door handles and faucets).

Terms of cancelation
100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before arrival.
50% refund (excluding service charge) if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival.
